What is Moms Empire?

Moms Empire is one private companion for every phase of a woman's journey — cycle and PCOS, trying to conceive, pregnancy week-by-week, and postpartum. It helps you track, learn, and get AI guidance tailored to where you are.

Is Moms Empire free?

Yes, Moms Empire is free to use. If we ever add an optional Pro plan, the free plan stays generous.

How do I sign up?

Sign in with your Google account in one tap — there's no password to create or manage. Sign in with Apple is coming soon.

Is there an app, or is it only a website?

Both. The Android app is on Google Play, and the web app at momsempire.com shares the same account. An iOS app is in the works.

Is my data private?

Yes. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising. We do not share your health data with employers, insurers, or data brokers.

How is my information protected?

Your data is stored in an encrypted database with row-level security, so only you can access your own records. Information is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Can I delete my account and all my data?

Yes, anytime. Go to Profile, then 'Delete everything'. It permanently removes your profile, logs, messages, and settings.

Does the AI see all my data?

No. The AI receives only a limited snapshot — your phase, goals, and recent log summaries — to personalize guidance. It does not receive mental-health scores, journal notes, or identifying details. You can also connect your own AI provider key.

Which phases does Moms Empire support?

Four: Cycle & wellness, Trying to conceive, Pregnancy (all trimesters), and Postpartum (Mom mode). You can switch phases anytime and your history is always kept.

Can I switch phases — for example from trying to pregnant?

Yes. Change your phase in Profile, then 'Your phase'. Your previous tracking and history are preserved.

What can I track?

Periods, symptoms, cycle predictions and fertile windows, pregnancy weeks and appointments, and postpartum recovery, feeding, and baby milestones — depending on your phase.

Is Moms Empire medical advice?

No. Moms Empire provides health information, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Can I use my own AI key?

Yes. In Profile, then 'AI settings', you can connect your own provider key (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). It's stored encrypted and used only to route your requests.

How do I change notifications, theme, or language?

Open Profile and use 'Notifications' for reminders and quiet hours, or 'Theme and language' for appearance, units, and app language.

How do I export my data?

Go to Profile, then 'Data export' to download your logs, profile, messages, and settings.
