Refund & Cancellation Policy

Moms Empire Pro starts with a 30-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Your first payment is taken on day 31, when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.

If you cancel any time during the trial, you will not be charged at all.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Profile - Membership. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not lock you out immediately.

Moms Empire Pro is a digital subscription. Because access is available immediately and continues to the end of each paid period, we generally do not provide refunds for partial or unused periods after a payment is taken.

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or could not use the service due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card network, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the amount to appear.

Billing questions, cancellations you could not complete in the app, and refund requests can be sent to [email protected].
