Moms Empire is a wellness and health-information app for cycle tracking, trying to conceive, pregnancy, and Mom mode. It can help you log information, view phase-aware education, prepare questions, and chat with an AI companion.

Moms Empire is not a clinic, medical provider, emergency service, diagnostic tool, therapist, or replacement for your doctor, midwife, doula, pediatrician, lactation consultant, or other licensed professional.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your Google account secure, and using Moms Empire only for yourself unless a feature explicitly supports another person. We do not manage passwords because sign-in is handled through Google OAuth.

Your tracker entries, profile details, onboarding answers, AI messages, and saved notes remain yours. You grant Moms Empire a limited license to host, process, display, and use that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

You should not enter information you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to harm others.

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. The AI does not diagnose, prescribe, or make care decisions. It may use limited profile and log context to personalize general guidance, but you are responsible for reviewing responses and confirming any action before relying on it.

You agree not to misuse Moms Empire, including by:

• Scraping, reverse engineering, or overloading the service.
• Trying to access another user's data.
• Using the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Bypassing security, rate limits, or account controls.
• Submitting false, misleading, or impersonating information.

You may stop using Moms Empire or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created legal risk, harmed the service, or attempted to compromise another user's data.

Moms Empire, including the brand, software, design, written content, interface, and product structure, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of the app, code, brand, or non-user-generated content.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moms Empire is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or health outcomes arising from use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Moms Empire from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or content you submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the laws where you live require a different approach.

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If we cannot resolve it, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration where allowed by law. You and Moms Empire waive jury trials and class actions to the extent permitted.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we will provide notice in the app or ask you to review the new terms before continuing. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
